Cornerstone is a community of people moving towards allowing our worship experience on Sunday to impact our day to day reality on Monday. As we decide to make a shift from a Me-centered existence to a Christ-centered life, Sunday morning worship is one (pretty vital) of getting beyond ourselves to the point where we begin to see God as He truly is; and then allowing this vision to radically change us. It's not about singing a few songs and then sitting down and hearing a message. It's not about putting in your hour a week. It's definitely not about scoring points with God so you can get through the pearly gates. It is about allowing God to get hold of us as we reach out to get hold of Him. It is about allowing Him to refocus our vision, our passion and our entire way of viewing life as we let His light that fills the universe also fill every nook and cranny of our lives. Whether you are already a dedicated Christ follower or whether you're thinking about tentatively taking some steps in His direction; whether you're curious or whether He's the furthest thing from your mind right now, come join us on Sunday mornings. Who knows, God might surprise you.

Each Sunday we offer two services. Our 9 am service is a fresh worship experience led by a talented team incorporating many of the more modern worship songs as well as some praise 'classics'. The 10:30 am service has a more intimate feel, drawing from the deep well of hymns, choruses and gospel songs, along with a selection of newer songs. The sacrament of communion is celebrated in both services, usually on the first Sunday of every month.

We are always on the look out for more gifted people to serve on the worship teams, as singers, musicians, AV or PowerPoint. Wednesdays also see our youth band, Secrets from the Pews, leading the teens in worship.
